Hotel Booking Form
Welcome to the Hotel Booking Form for the International Cartographic Conference (ICC2025). This form is exclusively for the Executive Committee (EC) and the Local Organizing Committee (LOC). Please complete the form to be added to the VIP rooming list.
Instructions
Please complete the Conference Nights section and include all nights you require accommodation. Currently, the conference budget covers the following, in accordance with ICA guidelines:
- ICA President, ICA Secretary-General: All conference nights from August 16th to August 22nd (7 nights, checking out August 23rd)
- ICA Vice Presidents: Two nights’ accommodation
All other nights for ICA Vice Presidents and ICC 2025 LOC Members will be considered upon request and reviewed closer to the conference to determine how many conference nights can be accommodated within the budget.
Specify any additional nights outside of the conference dates that you will pay for personally in the Additional Personal Nights section.
